TOPIC 1:  Communion

• Wayne passed out seating order and reviewed the process
• Will take up benevolent fund.  Currently   $1007.01
• Dress appropriately, but main thing is heart is in the right place

TOPIC 2: Missions

• Pastor reviewed where we are
• Have 3 living in Florida we want to drop,
  • Starlings(stated in Mexico, now in Flordia)
  • Walter Stevens(was overseas with Gypsies, now in Flordia)
  • Sullivans(living in Florida, and sometimes goes to Ukraine) -started own ministry, but does not seem to match up with our vision
    • Talked with him at length and never got a understanding of their ministry

Motion: Sam, discontinue support of Starlings and Stevens, second by Aaron, motion carried

TOPIC 3: New missions

• Calvary is sending out a missionary asking us to partner with him.  Going with Mana worldwide
  • Romania to work in orphanage.  They have 5 kids, the house orphanage has 10
  • Not a good speaker, has 15% of support so far funded
• Larry and Carol Bunyan to Blackfeet Indians
  • Been there a long time, no other churches there, growing and thriving work
  • They don’t want our checks. They want them to go to their mission board
  • A place we could go on mission trip in the future

Motion: Mike, bring on the Bunyans at $100 a month,  Second by Aaron. Motion carried

• Bill Jenkins
  • Is a missionary and leads a Continental Baptist mission board(this board pays 100% to missionaries, not cuts)
  • Still evangelizing and serving while serving on the board. Helps plant churches
  • Looking to support them both in his missions and as a leader on the missions board

Motion: Aaron bring on Jenkins at $100 a month, second by Mike. Motion carried.

TOPIC 4: Ministry

• Pastor discussed 2019 schedule, vision for bus ministry needs, and other areas for us to pray about
