  4. Give us an example of how you conduct a counseling session for someone struggling with sin
  5. Give us an example of how you deal with conflict
  6. What does it mean to become a member of a church
  7. Describe to us what a Discipleship program looks like
  8. We would like to be a church that is building relationships with other churches.  In our case our church was born out of a split over 40 years ago from Calvary Baptist.  We feel led to find a solution to mend that relationship with some in person meetings.  What are your thoughts on that.
