To Pastor Joe and fellow deacons
It has been a pleasure and an honor to serve The Lord as a deacon for multiple terms over the past 18 years at Connersville Baptist Temple. In light of my son-in-law coming on staff as worship pastor and to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest, I respectfully resign my position as deacon effectively immediately. May God bless and continue to use you mightily, through your allegiance to His service.
