    • not a lot. one fellow tells him what he should preach on. agreed to disagree. The man left the church.

    • Focused. Detail oriented. Ability to delegate. Shares vision and goals and empowers others. Leads the sheep

    • Jesus first, family. Preaches the Word and lives the Word. Practices what he preaches.
    • If we were to hire Joe, we would not be disappointed. However, they would be.

    • For sure! Seeing what he has done with Ron and his wife. Evening service attendance started low and grew to 350. He has quite a following. Smart on his feet. understands finances.

    • Able to put God’s Word applicable and crystal clear to the lay person. New or Old Testament. Ron is always learning from him.

    • No areas he really struggles with. Sometimes there are rifts. He works through the problems with the people.

    • Compassion, preaching, ability to work with all kinds of people. Not big on mercy. Wife makes up for it.

    • Someone in a music position was visiting other women in the church. Joe and Pastor handled it very delicately.
    • Another instance Joe handled delicately as well. Chris the youth pastor had a family dispute with his wife and kids. 90 days of to get his head together. Chris is back and restored

    • Jason and Justin (sons) Jason is dental hygienist. Justin just graduated from HS. Knife throwing target in the woods. Post videos on FB
    • Leads the sheep
    • Empowers, but ready to step in and assist

    • Love of God, He is authentic, He uses real life experience in his messages

    • Absolutely would and has been encouraging him for several years. Biblically based world view. Good at handling the Word of God.

    • A man who know to trust in the Lord.

    • No. Does not believe so. He is always learning and growing.

    • Mindful of the fact he is a Servant/Leadership, but would take decisive a leadership role

    • Intense in the belief of the Work of God, Holy Spirit

    • Yes, with mixed emotions. He is an excellent people person and man of God. His preaching and teaching is solid. Spends a lot of time studying.

    • He has many. People person, good decision maker, Doesn’t get bogged down with details.

    • Ranks low in mercy.

    • Teaching, administrative, built a core team, prophet (See things black and white), Uses humor in his messages. He has an eye and heart for organizational leadership. Reads people well. Gives good advise.

    • A family got their nose out of joint. Husband wrote a long letter and said they were leaving t he church. Joe worked with people and handle the situation with grace.

    • Leads the sheep. Not one to sheer the sheep all the time.

    • Holds, Deity of Christ, Virgin birth, No works, Doesn’t ride the hobby horse, Trinity, Salvation by grace through faith, baptism, but extends no saving grace

He would be missed, but would rejoice for him because he was in God’s will.
